Clearly I did not take this picture, but I figured it was ok to cheat this one time. Flipping, not burning, aligning & self-timing, all at the same time was way too much for me contend with. I have been meaning to make this particular crepe breakfast wrap since we had it in Nova Scotia last summer. I just got around to it today. Really simple and delicious, so why did it take me all this time?! Notice my awesome flipping technique.....
